Terms and Conditions for Sale of Artworks through Rayden Art
By registering and placing an order on our Website www.rayden.in you accept the terms and conditions listed below:
1. DOT Industries, (Regd. Office address; A-1/C,PoloGround Industrial Estate, Indore-452015, INDIA) are the registered owners of the Brand Rayden Art.
2. Its owners M/S Dot Industries execute all the trade enquiries and transactions relating to RAYDEN ART.
3. All artworks made available for sale on the Website, www.rayden.in, will be sold at the price tagged, and is inclusive of shipping and handling at our end. The information provided by the customer during registration or amended at the time of finalizing a purchase shall be the final billing and shipping address for delivery of the Artworks.
4. Rayden Art is not liable for any charges that may be levied by the government or otherwise as duties, taxes, tolls or octroi etc. at the destination whether in India or Overseas.
5. The artworks made available for sale on the Website www.rayden.in may not always be in the physical possession of Rayden Art and are physically located anywhere in the world.
6. All invoices will be raised in the name of the buyer based on the information provided by the buyer or amended at the time of finalizing the purchase and the payments will be accepted only from the buyer so registered for the confirmed order.
7. All sales are against 100% payment in advance.
8. When making a payment by cheque or demand draft, once the availability of the Artwork is confirmed, the buyer is required to make payment for the price of the Artwork within 5 working days from the date of confirmation. Alternatively, and without prejudice to the foregoing, Rayden Arts reserves the right to cancel the order without prior notice to the buyer.
9. The Artwork will be shipped in an unmounted, unframed and in a rolled format packed in a protective cylinder.
10. The Artworks will be delivered/shipped to the Buyer through a courier of good repute. Should there be any damage to the artwork in transit the Buyer should not accept the parcel and should notify Rayden Art and the courier immediately.
11. Artworks received in an unsatisfactory condition by the buyer may be returned to the Artist within 2 working days in an ‘as is’ condition. In such a case Rayden Art will refund the payment to the buyer and cancel the order. However, the unsatisfactory condition will only be covered for damaged or spoilt condition, and NOT because the buyer did not like the Artwork he has purchased.
12. While great care is taken to reproduce the colours and form of paintings as depicted on the Website, it is understood that since each painting is individually painted there may be variations in shade and colour. No complaints in this regard would be entertained.
13. All artwork posted for sale by the artists on the Website is supported by an authenticity certificate by the artist themselves. Rayden Art does not issue any authenticity certificate.
14. Rayden Art is not obliged to provide any physical preview of the artwork either before or after the sale. Rayden is also not liable for the condition of the artwork.
15. RaydenArt is authorized by the Artists to exercise complete discretion in the illustration and description of Artworks for viewing and sale and acceptance or rejection of orders received.
16. Rayden Art reserves the right to suspend or cancel any registration if it construes any of the above information as inaccurate. However, such registration will be restored immediately on the buyer furnishing information to the satisfaction of RaydenArt
17. You agree to abide by all provisions prescribed in these terms and conditions. In particular, you warrant that all information that you submit will be true and accurate (including without limitation your credit card number and expiry date), and you agree to pay all costs, charges and all applicable taxes at your end.
